About

We are a London based specialist stress and anxiety clinic with a workplace focus. Our experience tells us that our clients place the greatest importance on being able to talk in confidence, safe in the knowledge that our discussions remain within the four walls in which we meet. Click to BOOK AN APPOINTMENT you can either self-refer or your GP can refer you, taking advantage of any private medical cover you might have.

As specialists within the field of anxiety and work, we offer research driven approaches, with performance and personal impact at the heart of everything we do. Our training and expertise means that we understand that anxiety can impede performance at the individual as well as team or organisational level. There are evolutionary benefits associated with the speedy transmission of anxiety within groups, however in the modern age, these hardwired responses can lead to a contagion that can have devastating consequences on business performance.
